So there’s this song that I hear on the radio (when I’m not only listening to what’s on my ipod), and for the longest time I only recognized it by the refrain. “Light ’em up,” it would repeat. The first image that comes to mind for me is one of someone playing basketball, nailing almost every shot they sttampt. Right behind that is a football image, of a quarterback throw to the end zone with the receiver pulling the ball down among heavy coverage.

In short, it’s the kind of song that begs to be used for a highlight reel or opening montage for a broadcast sporting event. Or just to crank up while driving.
