Here we are on the first day of February, and things have been interesting in the Degree Application circles. Of the seven applications, I have already mentioned one response here. Of the other six – two of which closed on January 1, one closed today, one closes on March 1, another around April 1, and the last (technically) closed around January 15, I think – I can finally breathe easier as almost all of the references an secondary paperwork is done.

So now the waiting begins.

And in other news, I have been spending the last couple of nights prepping other application packets, but these are for writing workshops. If I can get the internal editor to quit squatting on my head as I try to write the “Why I want to Attend [Workshop]” letter, I might be able to get them out within the week.

And the waiting will continue.
